How to enable iOS 4.3 Multitasking Gestures without Dev Account

iOS 4.3

I think most of you already seen iOS 4.3 multitasking gestures videos around the web. I was thought that could come with iOS 4.3 too. Last 3 days ago iOS 4.3 is out for everyone but unluckily Apple doesn’t allow to use those gestures feature. So it is still now available for only Developer Program Users. But still there is a solution to get gestures on everyones’ iPad. Here’s how ~

XCode

You don’t need to have Apple developer account to get this done. Just use your XCode programs (Version 3 or 4 is work. For me, I use version 3). You can download XCode from Mac AppStore with 4.99$. Open it up and go to the menu bar > Window > Organizer.

iPad Summary

You will see Organizer is load up and connect your iPad. Then select your iPad > go to the Summary Tab and click “Use for Development”.

New pop up box will appear and asking you to enter Developer Account. But no need to do that just click “Cancel” and you’ve done.

iPad Gestures

Now go to the iPad > Setting > General and you will see “Multitasking Gestures” menu appear under side switch menu. That’s it. enjoy multitask gestures like pinch to Home Screen, swipe up to reveal multitasking bar and swipe left or right to switch apps. It won’t work on iPhone coz physically too small to work on. Just use iPad. It’s cool!! Isn’t?

@ Arnold Myint ~ It’s not possible to activate like that on windows bro. Coz Apple’s iOS development tools are only available for Mac.

    bro,
Do I need to download XCode from Mac Apps Store? An XCode App is already installed in my Mac, version is 3.2.6 (64Bits), When I open the Window>Organizer from the menu bar, but didn’t appear something else. There is just showing me No Editor? I’ve already connected iPad( version 3.4.5) to Mac . May I know is there any procedure need to do?
