Lubith is a web app that can generate wordpress (.org) themes by drag and drop WYSIWYG editor. Although it is still in beta state, it can generate complex and full featured wordpress theme in easy way. You don’t need to know any web tech or PHP to create it (no coding required).
Just fill up colors, logo, images, text box, fonts and drag the boxes alignment. Then you can generate wordpress theme, test it and finally you can download it in .zip file. It’s amazing web app and even that I’ve tried so many generator, I’m sure this one is the greatest WP generator I’ve ever seen. Check it out and it got forum and tutorials too.

Yes, it is a good online WordPress theme generator, but if you are a professional web developer and working for your clients, “TemplateToaster” would be the best.
