Of Course, ISP loves me
ၿမန္မာၿပည္ရဲ႕ နာမည္ေက်ာ္ HtooTayZar.com blog ၾကီးကို MTP (Bagan ISP) မွာ လြန္ခဲ့တဲ့ ၃ ရက္ခန္႔က စၿပီး home page template အသစ္ေၿပာင္းေပးလိုက္ပါၿပီ။ အရင္လို Large Background ေတြလဲ မရွိေတာ့ဘူး တက္တာလဲ အရမ္းၿမန္ပါတယ္။ အေပၚမွာ screenshot ၿပထားပါတယ္။ ဘယ္လိုၿဖစ္ၿပီး အဲဒီလို page ကို ေၿပာင္းေပးလဲ မသိေတာ့ပါဘူး။
အမွန္ေတာ့ ဒါက ဘေလာ့ဂ္ေရးတဲ့ အခ်ိန္မွာ ပထမဆံုး မဟုတ္ေတာ့ပါဘူး လြန္ခဲ့တဲ့ ၂၀၀၇ ကတည္းက စၿပီး blogspot.com တစ္ခုလံုးကို Bagan (MTP) စ ban ပါတယ္။ အဲဒီတုန္းကလဲ ဘေလာ့ဂ္ေရးေနတုန္းပဲ ၀င္ထားတုန္းမွာ page ကို refresh လုပ္လိုက္တာ ban တာကိုစေတြ႔လိုက္ရတယ္။ အဲဒီတုန္းက MPT က ဖြင့္ထားေသးတယ္ ေနာက္ေတာ့ ကြ်န္ေတာ္ MPT connection ယူတဲ့ဆိုင္ေၿပာင္းတယ္ မၾကာဘူး ၂ ပတ္ေလာက္ပဲထင္တယ္ MPT လဲ ban ေတာ့တာပဲ။ ေနာက္ပိုင္း domain ၀ယ္လိုက္တယ္။
ေနာက္ေတာ့ ကိုေစတန္ အင္တာနက္ ကေဖးဖြင့္ေတာ့ အဲဒီမွာ သြားသံုးတုန္းက ၂၀၀၉ အေစာပိုင္း (ဒီလိုလပဲထင္တယ္) မွာ ကြ်န္ေတာ့္ ဒိုမိန္းကို ban ထားၿပန္ေရာ အဲဒီတုန္းကေတာ့ ကြ်န္ေတာ္ စာပို႔တယ္ ေနာက္ ၂ ရက္ေလာက္ေနေတာ့ ကြ်န္ေတာ္ စာထဲမွာ ထည့္ထားတဲ့ ဆိုဒ္ ၅ ခုလားမသိဘူး ၿပန္ဖြင့္ေပးတယ္။ အခုေတာ့ ကြ်န္ေတာ္ေနာက္ တစ္ၾကိမ္ေပါ့ေနာ္ အခုကေတာ့ Bagan မွာပဲ ban ထားတာေၿပာတယ္။ MPT မွာပြင့္တယ္တဲ့။
အခုတစ္ေခါက္ ban တဲ့အထဲမွာ ကြ်န္ေတာ္ေရာ၊ ကိုညီလင္းဆတ္ ေကာ ေနာက္ ကြ်န္ေတာ္ၾကည့္ေနၾက Mashable, CSS-Tricks, David Walsh စတာေတြ အမ်ားၾကီးပါတယ္။ BarCamp Bangkok, BarCamp Phnom Penh စတာေတြလဲ ban ခံထိတယ္ေၿပာတယ္။ ဘယ္လိုေၾကာင့္လဲေတာ့ မေၿပာတတ္ဖူး။ ကြ်န္ေတာ္ကေတာ့ ကြ်န္ေတာ့္ဆိုဒ္ကို ၿပန္ဖြင့္ေပးဖို႔ ေမွ်ာ္လင့္တယ္။ အင္တာနက္ကေဖးကေန ေရးရတာဆိုေတာ့ တကယ္မလြယ္ဘူး။ နဲနဲေတာ့လဲ ဂုဏ္ယူခ်င္သလိုလိုၿဖစ္သား အကယ္ဒမီ သာဆိုရင္ ကြ်န္ေတာ္ ၃ ထပ္ကြမ္း ဆုရွင္ၿဖစ္မွာ အခုတစ္ၾကိမ္ပါပါရင္ ၃ ခါရွိၿပီ။ ၿပည္တြင္းက စာဖတ္သူေတြအတြက္ေတာ့ RSS Feed ယူၿပီး RSS reader (Google Reader) လိုမ်ိဳးသာသံုးဖတ္မွ ရပါေတာ့မယ္။ ကိုယ္ပိုင္ ဒိုမိန္း၀ယ္ၿပီး ban ခံရတာဆိုေတာ့ နဲနဲေတာ့ ခံစားရတယ္။ ဒီလိုပါပဲ….

It’s a shame that they have blocked all those sites for resources, Mashable, CSS Tricks to be precise. Why would they want to ban sites that are in fact trying to broaden the mindsets of human beings? Why are they banning those sites whose sole purpose is to share knowledge? That sounds like oppressing to me
